FAQ

Start with the questions most users need while setting up native Social Media workflows.

What is AI Smart?Getting started
AI Smart is a workspace-based native Social Media Automation platform. It helps teams plan content, discover source material, create campaign articles, generate channel-specific posts, schedule publishing, manage media, connect social integrations, and track billing and support from one signed-in workspace.
What do Social Settings control?Social accounts and settings
Social Settings control how AI Smart writes and filters content for the selected account. They include brand identity, industry, website, offers, goals, language, audience, voice, writing style, content themes, banned topics, channel rules, post footer, and approved documents where the plan allows those advanced controls.
What is the difference between Ideas and Campaigns?Ideas, RSS, and News & Trends
Ideas are lightweight possibilities you may save for later. Campaigns are approved source material for publishing work. A Campaign must have a usable campaign article, not only a short note or summary. Channel posts, schedules, and publishing actions are generated from that full article.
What is a Campaign article?Campaigns and Planner
A Campaign article is the full source article used to generate social posts. It may come from RSS, News & Trends, Radar, a URL import, manual writing, or AI Ideas. If the source is only a short idea, AI Smart must generate or preserve a full article before campaign actions unlock.
Which social integrations are deeply connected today?Publishing and integrations
The broad integration catalog may show many providers, but connection depth varies. Current end-to-end social OAuth support is clearest for Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Other providers may be availability-managed catalog entries or lighter connection states until deeper provider sync is added.
How do billing and usage work?Billing, usage, and support
AI Smart uses plans plus usage metering. AI, provider, crawler, enrichment, RSS, News & Trends, Campaign generation, and future Radar external calls should pass through the shared billing and usage system. Usage is recorded through quota and cost ledger flows instead of route-local payment checks.
How does AI Smart keep Social accounts separated?Security and data
Account-owned Social data is scoped by workspace and account identifiers. Ideas, feeds, settings, documents, Campaigns, schedules, posts, and caches should be read and written only for the selected account. Switching account clears local route state so stale data is not reused.
How do workspaces and Social accounts fit together?Getting started
The workspace is the company or agency tenant and billing boundary. A Social account sits inside that workspace and represents a brand, client, project, property, or managed social presence. Ideas, RSS sources, News & Trends feeds, settings, uploaded documents, campaigns, planner items, and generated posts are scoped to the selected account.
