← Back to Help CenterWhat do Social Settings control?
Social Settings control how AI Smart writes and filters content for the selected account. They include brand identity, industry, website, offers, goals, language, audience, voice, writing style, content themes, banned topics, channel rules, post footer, and approved documents where the plan allows those advanced controls.
Why are Social Settings account-scoped?
Agencies and teams often manage several brands or clients in one workspace. Account-scoped settings keep each brand profile, audience, documents, channel rules, and generation context separate. Update the selected account before editing settings or generating content.
What makes an account ready for generation?
The account should have the required general fields, audience profile, voice, content themes, language, and safety settings completed. AI Smart can show a completion or readiness state, but high-quality output still depends on specific goals, useful source material, and approved documents or briefs when those are available.
How do uploaded documents affect AI output?
Approved documents can provide bounded context for generation. AI Smart stores document metadata, extracts text asynchronously, creates summaries and chunks, and should use compact context snapshots instead of sending entire documents into a prompt. Documents marked ignore or archived should not be used for new generation.
