← Back to Help CenterWhat can the Media area store?
Media can store images, videos, audio, and documents. It supports upload, browsing, filtering, previews, tags, usage tracking, archive or delete actions, and stock-media import. Media assets can support Social workflows, account documents, generated content, and workspace branding.
How does media connect to Campaigns?
Campaign channel posts can use media assets for platform-specific previews and publishing. Media usage tracking helps show where an asset is reused. Use account and campaign context carefully so media selected for one client or brand is not reused accidentally in another account.
Why can an upload be blocked?
Uploads can be blocked by storage limits, plan state, missing active workspace, unsupported file type, or failed validation. Media storage is plan-scoped, so cleanup or upgrade may be required before adding more assets.
How should I use stock-media imports?
Use stock imports as supporting assets, not as proof that a Campaign source is ready. A good Campaign still needs relevant source material, a full article, channel-specific copy, and connected publishing targets.
