← Back to Help CenterWhat is a Campaign article?
A Campaign article is the full source article used to generate social posts. It may come from RSS, News & Trends, Radar, a URL import, manual writing, or AI Ideas. If the source is only a short idea, AI Smart must generate or preserve a full article before campaign actions unlock.
Why are Campaign actions sometimes locked?
Campaign rows are locked while the source article is generating or when article generation failed. Edit, quick view, channel generation, scheduling, publishing, and post drill-in stay blocked until a real article exists. Failed rows may allow retry or delete, but failure text should not be written into the article fields.
How are channel posts generated?
Channel posts are generated from the full Campaign article and the selected account settings. Connected channels can have separate copy, media, page selection, schedule, publish status, and version history. Generate All can fill missing posts or overwrite existing posts only when the user explicitly chooses that behavior.
How does Planner scheduling work?
Planner shows scheduled social posts for the selected account. Schedule state is stored in backend campaign schedule records, uses workspace timezone, and should sync back to Campaign status icons. Published posts are locked, and past schedule times should be rejected by the backend.
