Publishing and integrations

Connect social channels, understand provider readiness, and publish with the right account context.

Which social integrations are deeply connected today?
The broad integration catalog may show many providers, but connection depth varies. Current end-to-end social OAuth support is clearest for Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Other providers may be availability-managed catalog entries or lighter connection states until deeper provider sync is added.
Why is a channel icon disabled?
A channel can be disabled because the provider is not connected for the selected account, the plan does not allow that integration count or feature, the Campaign article is not ready, or the post is already published and locked. Open the connect or upgrade path shown by the UI before trying to generate, schedule, or publish.
How does publishing handle provider errors?
Publishing is per channel, not one global campaign state. AI Smart should record each channel success or failure separately and show generic, retryable user-facing messages for provider errors. Internal provider details should stay out of normal user copy.
What is the difference between availability and connection?
System availability is controlled by the platform operator and decides whether an integration can appear or be used. Workspace or account connection state says whether your workspace has connected that provider. An integration can be visible but disconnected, hidden globally, connected only in selected workspaces, or available as a lighter catalog entry.
