← Back to Help CenterWhat is the difference between Ideas and Campaigns?
Ideas are lightweight possibilities you may save for later. Campaigns are approved source material for publishing work. A Campaign must have a usable campaign article, not only a short note or summary. Channel posts, schedules, and publishing actions are generated from that full article.
How do RSS and News & Trends work in AI Smart?
RSS and News & Trends are backend-ingested source surfaces. The frontend reads cached entries and should not fetch external RSS or News & Trends URLs directly. Background jobs refresh feeds, normalize items, resolve useful article content where available, and preserve displayable cached entries across weaker refreshes.
What is My Feed?
My Feed is an account-owned custom source built from keywords or topics. It helps the selected account watch a narrower market, client niche, or content theme. Because it is account-scoped, another Social account in the same workspace should not see or reuse it.
What is Content Radar?
Content Radar helps discover relevant source material for the selected account. It should show results that match the configured topic or capability, not unrelated filler cards. Use Radar when you need a broader research pass before deciding what should become an Idea or Campaign.
