Set up a workspace, choose the right Social account, and understand the core workflow.

What is AI Smart?
AI Smart is a workspace-based native Social Media Automation platform. It helps teams plan content, discover source material, create campaign articles, generate channel-specific posts, schedule publishing, manage media, connect social integrations, and track billing and support from one signed-in workspace.
How do workspaces and Social accounts fit together?
The workspace is the company or agency tenant and billing boundary. A Social account sits inside that workspace and represents a brand, client, project, property, or managed social presence. Ideas, RSS sources, News & Trends feeds, settings, uploaded documents, campaigns, planner items, and generated posts are scoped to the selected account.
What should I set up first?
Start by selecting or creating the right Social account. Complete Social Settings with brand name, industry, goals, language, audience, voice, content themes, banned topics, and post footer. Then connect publishing integrations, add source feeds or keywords, generate a few Ideas, and promote only useful source material into Campaigns.
Why does switching account reload the app?
Account switching resets route data, Copilot context, local caches, and selected records so one account cannot leak into another. This is intentional. After switching, pages reload data for the newly selected workspace and account scope.
